FAQ / Buying questions

The questions worth answering before the quote.

Technical scope, materials, artwork rights and supply controls—stated without universal promises.

Compatibility

No nickname replaces system confirmation.

Compatibility is confirmed against the property’s lock system, credential technology and encoding requirements before production. We do not claim universal compatibility.

01Can one credential open rooms and other resort zones?+

Potentially, when the installed systems support the same credential technology and configuration. We confirm each reader environment rather than assuming one credential works everywhere.

02Do you replace the hotel’s lock or access platform?+

No. The product is the physical credential used with the confirmed environment. System supply, software and integrations are separate unless explicitly scoped.

03Can cards and wristbands use the same guest identity?+

They can be planned as one issue architecture where the property systems allow it. Some operations still choose cards for rooms and visually controlled bands for pools or day guests.

04What is needed to confirm compatibility?+

The installed system make and model, credential technology, encoding requirement and—where possible—a working sample credential.

05Are the wristbands waterproof?+

Water performance depends on the finished construction, closure and sealed module, not the material name alone. The intended exposure is included in the specification and sample review.

06Can you supply sustainable material options?+

FSC-certified material options available with supporting production documentation. Other material claims are stated against the supplied construction and supporting run-level documents.

07Can you copy an existing hotel or competitor design?+

We can work from artwork you are authorised to use. Public concepts and new directions are original; we do not reproduce third-party branding or imply a customer relationship.

08How are reorders controlled?+

The approved artwork revision, construction, credential input and supply ranges are kept together as the reorder reference.

Next step

Bring the system details. Leave with one specification.
